When you register or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, mobile number, selected course, registration details, payment status, communication preferences, and technical information such as device/browser data, IP address, pages visited, and click activity.
How We Use Your Information

- To provide learning portal access through our old learning/test portal integration.
- To process payments and verify transactions through Razorpay.
- To send course updates, login details, reminders, support messages, WhatsApp messages, and emails.

Payments
Payments are processed through Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI PIN, net-banking password, or full payment instrument details on our website. Razorpay may process payment and transaction information according to its own policies.
Analytics And Advertising
If enabled, we may use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to understand visitor activity, course clicks, registration clicks, payment clicks, and marketing performance. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies.
Old Portal Integration
To provide learning/test access, we may send your registration information, selected course, mobile number, email address, and required account details to the old portal used for course access and testing. This is done only for student registration and service delivery.
Communication
We may contact you by phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or email about course registration, trial status, payment reminders, course activation, login support, and service updates. You can ask us to stop promotional communication by contacting us.
Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards such as HTTPS, protected admin access, password hashing, server-side validation, and restricted access to sensitive server files. No online system is completely risk-free, but we work to keep your data protected.
Data Retention
We keep student, payment, automation, and communication records for as long as needed to provide services, maintain accounts, resolve disputes, meet legal/accounting requirements, and improve support.
Sharing Of Information
We may share limited information with service providers needed to run the platform, including payment gateway providers, hosting providers, email/WhatsApp providers, analytics providers, and the learning/test portal. We do not sell student personal information.
Your Choices
You can contact us to request correction, update, or review of your student information. Where applicable, you may also request deletion or withdrawal of optional communication consent, subject to service, legal, and payment record requirements.
Children And Students
If a student is under the age required by applicable law to provide consent, registration should be completed with parent/guardian involvement.
