Registration And Account Access

• You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential.
• Learning/test portal access may be created through our old portal automation/integration.
• If automation or portal access is delayed, our team may manually verify and resolve the issue.

Payments

Paid course fees are fetched from our database and processed through Razorpay. A payment is treated as successful only after payment verification is completed by the backend/payment gateway. We may reject, cancel, or manually review suspicious or incomplete transactions.

Trials, Course Activation, And Conversion

Trial courses may have limited validity and limited features. Paid access is activated after successful payment verification and required portal/course conversion steps. Trial-to-paid conversion may depend on course mapping and old portal availability.

Refunds And Cancellations

Refunds, cancellations, or course changes are handled according to SICS GlobalPrep’s internal policy and applicable law. Students should contact support with payment ID, course name, email address, and mobile number for review.

Student Responsibilities

• Use the website and learning portal only for lawful learning purposes.
• Do not share, resell, copy, distribute, or misuse course material or portal access.
• Do not attempt to bypass website security, payment verification, automation, or portal restrictions.
• Keep your contact details updated for course, payment, and support communication.

Communication

By registering, you allow us to contact you by phone, WhatsApp, SMS, and email for registration, course access, support, reminders, payments, and service updates.

Third-Party Services

Our website may use third-party services such as Razorpay, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, hosting providers, email/WhatsApp providers, and the old learning/test portal. Their own terms and policies may also apply.

Limitation Of Liability

We work to provide reliable course and website services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free automation, third-party portal uptime, or specific exam/career outcomes. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
